We use different variety of season fruits to avoid using treated by pesticides / All our fruits and licorice's coulis are homemade.
All our caramel (and caramel beurre-salé) and our hazelnutscreams-chocolate and praline are homemade.
We use both types of fleur de sel (from Guérande and from Camargue) according to the recipes.
Our packaging are made of high quality: food grade PET material, environmentally friendly and safe to use, can contact food directly.
All our macarons boxes are Recyclabe : 100% of our cardboard is recyclable and compostable : Ecological papers, which can be composted for disposal. Materials : Paper free of harmful chemicals for the health.

Important: All pastries (Macarons, cakes or tartes with cream/fruits - EXCEPT cakes de voyage) have to be kept cool (refrigerator temperature (+4°C/ +6°C), so it is imperative to have space to store it in your reception area. Cakes de voyage should be stored in an airtight container in a dry place / Alle vores kager (macarons, kager og tærter med creme - UNDTAGET rejsekager) skal opbevares køligt (køleskabstemperatur (+4°C/ +6°C), så det er vigtigt, at der er plads til at opbevare dem på dit feststed. Cakes de voyage skal opbevares i en lufttæt beholder på et tørt sted.
