The quality of products and ingredients 

Our ingredients are simple but of high quality which contribute and results in products carefully prepared.

​​​​Our intention is always to strive good products to cook our macarons and other pastries to offer a high quality macarons.

Because as a lot of consumers, we feel concerned about the quality of our nutrition our trend give an importance to use natural products.

We are not using artificial additive or preservatives to give all the best natural taste in our macarons.

The choice and the freshness of ingredients, the rigour on methods of baking with precision.For each cake or pastry, we have the will to offer a beautiful experience of tastes and of textures.We using different variety of season fruits to avoid using treated by pesticides.

Our fruits and licorice's coulis, ours caramel (and caramel salted-butter), our hazelnutscreams-chocolate and praline are homemade.

Fleur de sel (Flower of salt) used in our caramel and pastries is an exceptional natural product and highly coveted type of French sea salt. It is a specific type of sea salt harvested by hands off the Atlantic coast of France in the salt marshes of Guérande in Brittany and in salt marshes of Camargue on the Mediterranean coast, particularly near Aigues-Mortes.​​

Both types of these French fleur de sel are of very high quality but they have distinct characteristics. Guérande fleur de sel is renowned for its fine texture and slightly salty flavour, while Camargue fleur de sel is known for its white colour and milder taste with hints of violet due to the presence of Dunaliella salina algae.

We strive local danish products as a way for highlighting and support the work of all local farmers.

To protect our environment, we also strive to work with seasonal products to promote a shorter food chain.

To reduce the carbon footprint, to avoid the long-distance travels, we prefer to work with some local products (danish fruits and products ) and consequently to highlight a shorter food chain.

We strive ​products of season: We try to work on the maximum with fruits of season to respect for the environment and to favorise short of dealing circuits.

The home-made way

 All our pastries are cooked with much care to maintain the control of the quality on every step of the manufacturing process.

The attention is about all the precise steps of baking :

We endeavour to prodice good and healthy food in a environmentally friendly way. And of course, we always take a huge pleasure to take time to cook all ours flavours'macarons especially created for you !​

The savoir-faire  

We use and respect the skills or the technicals learned to the french gastronomy school FERRANDI Paris , created since 100 years, which share a cultural legacy and teache  a  "French savoir-faire " obtained along the decades.
